Shadi Shuraida est professeur en technologies de l’information (TI) à la TÉLUQ. Il a obtenu son doctorat en administration (Ph.D.) à HEC Montréal, et a été professeur au Baruch College - City University of New York (États-Unis). Ses intérêts d’enseignement et de recherche se fondent sur son expérience professionnelle de plus de six ans en gestion des chaines d'approvisionnement et implantations de systèmes d'information. Ses intérêts se concentrent sur la valeur de l’information et de la gestion stratégique des TI sur la performance organisationnelle, la gestion de projet TI, et l’implantation des systèmes d’information, notamment le comportement des analystes TI durant des projets de développement de systèmes d’information.
Il a publié plusieurs articles dans des revues scientifiques, dont Journal of the Association of Information Systems (JAIS), European Journal of Information Systems (EJIS), et Association of Information Systems Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction (AIS THCI).
